This process comes in handy from time to time. Sometimes Windows will be unable to connect you to a known personal or public wireless network. Following the steps below will remove the known network and then the next time you try to connect you will be prompted to reauthenticate to the wireless network.

To delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10:

  1. Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Network settings.
  3. Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
  4. Under Manage known networks, click the network you want to delete.
  5. Click Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted.

Linked here is also a video to walk you through these steps.
