Instructions to filter employees in Group Hours
To Filter Employees Only Relevant To Your Building:
- Under the "Hours" tab, choose "Group Hours"; then choose "Location Code Filter"


- In the "Filter By" dropdown, choose "Selected Location Codes"; and in the "Inclusion" drop-down, choose "Exclude".


- Next, choose the 'select all' box (as seen in the first picture below); then search for your respective building. Uncheck any boxes that have ASSOC, NUR, SEC, or TEACH (circled below) but DO NOT uncheck the line with CUS.


- Then, in order to save this view so it is your default view each time you enter Group Hours, click the "Save As" from the top bar, name your filter as you'd like, and click the 'Default' checkbox.

- Click "Save", then "Filter", and you will now only see employees assigned to your building and any subs who subbed in your building!
