Please go to the following URL to access TimeClock Plus Weblock for your dashboard and clocking in/out:  https://128303.tcplusondemand.com/app/webclock/#/EmployeeLogOn/128303/1








On the sign-in page, enter your ID Number and choose "Log On To Dashboard". If you have a PIN set up for your account, you will be prompted at this time to enter it.















You will then be taken to this webpage: Your TCP Dashboard.




On your Dashboard, you will be presented with a list of your Accrual Banks and their respective balances, as well as a list of Leave Requests you have submitted.


Please note, "My Accruals" may vary for each employee, and this set of Accruals is for example only. If you feel as though you may have the wrong Accrual Banks assigned to you, please contact HR.




By clicking the Hamburger Icon () in the upper left hand corner, you will get more options to View specific menus, or make a Time-Off Request.





After you have clicked "Requests" from the list shown in the above picture, you will be taken to this page.



To create a new Time-Off Request, click the green Add button () on the left side of the page. You will then see this pop-up:



At any time, you may click the 'Accruals' in the lower right corner to view your Accrual Banks and calculate the balance you have remaining.


To begin, enter the day you are requesting off in "Date requested", the beginning of the time you are requesting off in "Start time", the amount of hours you are requesting in "Hours", and a Leave Code (or the reason for your absence). 


Don't forget to click "Save"! 


Please note, if there are multiple CONSECUTIVE days in your time off request, you may choose more than "1" in the Days field. However, if there are any separation of days during the requested period, multiple requests will need to be entered.
