1) Downloading Google Chrome

This is the district-preferred browser tested thoroughly with our digital curriculum systems.

  1. Download the Google Chrome web browser. 

2) Signing into Google Chrome
Create a Google Chrome profile and sign in with your district account. This will allow "Sign in with Google" capabilities for Google Classroom and several other digital resources used.

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Navigate to Gmail, click "Sign in", and enter your provided district email address. You will then be redirected to our District sign-in page. Enter your provided district email address again followed by your password.
    • If you are K-6 your password will remain the same.
    • If you are 7-12 you will be prompted to change your password (12-character minimum).

  3. Once signed in you will see a "Sign in to Chrome?" option in the top right-hand corner. Click that followed by "Continue as Student Name".




3) Signing into Clever

  1. In the Google Chrome web browser navigate to the URL below.
  2. Click on "Log in with OCSD account".
    • If you’ve followed the steps to create a Google Chrome profile, you should be signed in automatically. If not, just enter your district email address and password.




4) Signing into Edmentum

  1. From within Clever navigate to your Portal and select "Edmuntum". Since you are already signed into Clever you will be automatically signed into Edmentum.



Note:
If you’re using a computer from another organization, like a parent’s work laptop, their sign-in process may interfere with yours. If you experience this issue and are unable to resolve it, please submit a ticket, and we’ll assist you.
