Opening Papercut
On the lower right corner of your screen, you will see a little arrow pointing up. Click this arrow, and a small pop up window will appear. Click the Green Printer, and on the dialog box that pops up, choose "View My Printers"
Note: Older versions of PaperCut uses an all white printer as their icon (as referenced in the video). This can be a little hard to see with some laptops, but the "View My Printers" option will look exactly the same.
Installing a Printer
On the next window that appears, choose "Add printers":
Then search for your printer in the upper right corner:
Finally, click "Install":
After a few minutes, your printer will be installed to your computer and will be an option the next time you need to print.
