1. Go to https://ottumwa.powerschool.com/public
2. Click on the Create Account tab (you cannot create an account using the mobile app)
3. Add in the information requested, such as first and last name, username, email
4. Choose a username and password for your account
4. Link your student(s) to your account by entering the student's name and the Access ID and password provided to you by the school
5. In the relationship field, choose your relationship to the student
6. When all information is entered, click Enter on the bottom right
To download the mobile app, a district code is required. The code to use is QPDD.
