Option 1: Printing from Chrome
Navigate to the desired page or document you wish to print. Click on the three-dot menu on the top right corner of Chrome to bring up the menu options. Select "Print" from the menu options.
From the Destination dropdown menu, choose "See More" to reveal printing options.
Select "OCSD Secure Print" as your destination printer.
Note: Ensure the Secure Print option says "Mobility Print" with the green icon.After selecting the correct printer, click the "Print" button to send your document to the OCSD Secure Print queue. Navigate to any copier with a key card/ badge release to retrieve your printed document.
Log in to the copier using your key card, key card number, or district credentials. Select your document from the print queue, and click "Print" to release the print job. Your document will be printed immediately.
Option 2: Printing from print.ottumwaschools.com
Navigate to print.ottumwaschools.com and log in with your Ottumwa credentials below.
Click "Submit a Job", and select the printer you would like to use, or select “OCSD Secure Print" to queue your job for retrieval at any building copier.
Select the number of desired copies, and upload your document in one of these formats:
"PDF, pdf Picture Files, bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff".Click "Upload & Complete
If you selected “OCSD Secure Print”, you can retrieve your print by logging in with your key card, key card number, or district credentials at any copier with a key card/ badge release. Select your document from the print queue, and click "Print" to release the print job. Your document will be printed immediately.
Option 3: Email to [email protected]
Papercut gives you the option to print by sending an email to [email protected].
Note: Print to emails does not print the email itself, it only prints the attachments. If you want to print the entire email, you should save it as a PDF, then follow the steps below.
To Print via email:
- Navigate to your preferred email.
- Set the To: address to [email protected].
- Attach the file you want printed (no subject is needed.)
- Send the message.
- You will get a confirmation email from Papercut.
- Log into the copier with your key card, key card number, or district credentials.
- Select your document from the print queue, and click "Print" to release the print job. Your document will be printed immediately.
