If you have a K-8 Chromebook and it is not charging and you notice that the charger port or the charger is broken please submit a ticket and provide the following information.

1) The 5-digit asset number located on the bottom of the Chromebook.

2) The building, room, and Chromebook #.

3) Verify whether or not the charging port is damaged (see below).

For each classroom submit one ticket for your devices in the following fashion.

Subject: Building Name, Room Number, Staff Name, "Chromebook Repair"

Body: 5-digit Asset #, Chromebook # (each device on a new line please)

Example Ticket:

Subject: OHS, RM 162, John Doe, Chromebook Repair
