Step 1
This is the main screen of the copier. Press “Scan and Send”.

Once you press “Scan and Send”, you will be presented with this screen. Next click “Address Book”.
Step 3
To view what is in the Address Book, click “To LDAP Server” on the top-right.

You will then be presented with all staff member accounts in the building.
Step 5
Next, select the email address you would like to scan something to and press “OK”.
Step 6
Now that you have selected the email address you can place the item in the copier that you would like to scan a copy of. For each additional page you would like to scan press the green circle on the keypad.
Step 7
Before the item is scanned the copier will confirm with you the correct size needed.
Step 8
Now after each page scanned you can see the quantity of pages you will be sending. When complete press “Start Sending”.
